Google Cloud Integration - user data

By using certain features, Wallboard Digital Signage server will have access to the following Google user data

• Calendar data - Wallboard uses, stores, but does not share this data with external systems. However, users can display this data on their own Digital Signage screens.
• Drive metadata and files - Wallboard uses, stores, but does not share this data with external systems. However, users can display this data on their own Digital Signage screens.
• Spreadsheet data - Wallboard uses, stores, but directly does not share this data with external systems. However, users can display this data on their own Digital Signage screens.

Microsoft O365 Integration - User data

By using certain features, Wallboard Digital Signage server will have access to the following Microsoft O365 user data

• Calendar data - Wallboard uses, stores, but directly does not share this data with external systems. However, users can display this data on their own Digital Signage screens.
• OneDrive/SharePoint metadata and files - Wallboard uses, stores, but does not share this data with external systems. However, users can display this data on their own Digital Signage screens.
• Power BI - Wallboard uses, but does not store or share this data with external systems. However, users can display this data on their own Digital Signage screens.

Wallboard Digital Signage Client Application

Digital Signage clients applications collect non personally identifying information about the client device for diagnostic purposes, such as

• IP address
• Operating system
• Hardware information (CPU, RAM, storage)
• Which content is currently being played

Why is it collected?

‍

Wallboard only collects the minimal amount of personal information to keep our systems running. Free users only need to supply their name and e-mail address to use our service, however for paid users we also require billing information. We collect, store and compare both user and client IP addresses to prevent account fraud in our systems.

How is it secured?

‍

All connections to our servers are HTTPS, that means that the traffic is encrypted, that includes web-socket connections.

Where is it stored?

‍

Wallboard EU servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH and stored in their Nuremberg data center.

Children’s privacy

‍

Wallboard.info does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, you can alert us at info@wallboard.info.

Changes to this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time, so please review it frequently. Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on our websites. If we materially change the ways in which we use or share personal information previously collected from you through our Services, we will notify you through our Services, by email, or other communication.
